Lots of people have their own opinion on this subject, and many say its the quantity of the size of network each individual has, and others say its the quality that matters.
I agree with quality because what is the use of having large quantity if there is no quality within and just because there is a large quantity does not mean there is going to be any quality within.
But after a interesting meeting I had the other day I started to think about trust.
Who has the most trust?
If your on a social / business networking site and you see someone who has a large quantity of contacts most people automatically trust this person.
Why?
Just because they have a high quantity of contacts does not mean the person should be trusted, nor does it mean their are 100% trustworthy.
But nevertheless because of this huge network this person has, automatically comes trust.
But as I said. Why?
